Description
Updates the
Dockerfileat the repo root to userapidsai/ci-conda(https://hub.docker.com/r/rapidsai/ci-conda).rapidsai/miniforge-cudawill be discontinued after the RAPIDS 26.02 release (rapidsai/ci-imgs#345).rapidsai/ci-condabuilds on top of it, so it should have everything you need... but may have more than you need. If you find that's the case, you could explore creating your own more minimal image, maybe following the example in rapidsai/docs#734.Checklist
